
Erika Gennusa, DVM
Dr. Erika Gennusa, was born and raised in Delaware and is a proud graduate of the University of Delaware. She earned her veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013 and completed her clinical year at the University of Illinois. Dr. Gennusa is also certified in canine rehabilitation through the Canine Rehabilitation Institute, allowing her to focus on improving her patients’ mobility and recovery. She has a special interest in surgery and takes pride in providing compassionate, high-quality care to her patients.
At home, Dr. Gennusa enjoys life with her Rottweiler, Sol, her two cats, Buddy and Franklin, and her pot-bellied pig, Leonard. When she’s not in the clinic, she cherishes time with her husband and their three children, gardening, dancing, and spending sunny days at the beach.
